If the bitcoin increases to $20,000, the ETH will increase to $2,000. And that will not happen this year. I'm sure so. The market is still in a downturn. After reaching its highest level at the end of 2017

ETH is currently receiving great attention from the investment community so I am very hopeful that ETH will grow strongly in the near future. The target of $ 2,000 is very easy for ETH in the moment when the market is growing today.

I don't think ETH will go to 2k this year. It will be around $800-900. This year we have seen so much consolidation that it's hard to think ETH touching 2k mark. Unless there is huge so called institutions become interested in this crypto space all of a sudden
Also ETH devs need to do so much on technology front too. Currently only 14tx per second and we have all seen how badly ETH network become congested whenever there is even 5% demand of any new coin based on erc-20. If they can take the transactions to couple of thousands per second than it will be huge plus for ETH price.

I think ethereum reaching $ 2000 price will not happen by the end of this year. because seeing the price of all crypto currency today has decreased very much. especially on bitcoin. so the price of ethereum also fell. at the end of 2017, the price of ethereum increases as bitcoin prices rise high. thus affecting all crypto currencies. while today the bitcoin prices are falling.

Presently, I doubt if 1 ethereum will worth $2000 before the end of the year considering the current condition of the crypto market and there is also less demand for altcoin now. But if the market recover, it can reach $1000 or $1500.

If you look at current market trends and conditions it seems difficult to reach $ 2k, but I'm sure that the ETH price at the end of the year could reach at least $ 1200 so I always buy ETH as long as I have money.
