you better apply directly to a GPU manufacturing company .. if you buy an individual meal his process will be long and his price is much more expensive
Manufacturers only have a talk with you if your deal value is 10 x mil, and of course even you have money, it's not that easy to start a deal with them. I think finding a big local distributor is a good choice. For my team, we have a big group buy, before we always got GPUs from him at the very first batch, typically 70-80 GPUs per week.
