I showed evidence and then he challenged me to send him money and then reverse the payment. Why the hell would I break the PayPal terms and conditions just to prove a point? This user’s view on trust is diluted, and he has been warned multiple times about PP being able to reverse F&F payments. Whatever. I guess he will just learn the hard way lol

I have had friends & family payments reversed on me.
So it can happen.
If they pay by credit card all it takes is them to call their credit card company and dispute the charge.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out if you have been with paypal long enough.
Even their own employees don't know the correct dispute procedures if you have been on the phone with several differenct ones from their incompetece of not knowing the answer to their own companys policies. Then needing to transfer your call over to another department before they connect you to the right one who can actually answer the issue with the dispute inquiry properly.

Escrow with Paypal means nothing. You will screw yourself over as the buyer has plenty of time (post release by escrow) to lodge a dispute and claim his/her funds back. Paypal will almost always rule in favor of the buyer as far as crypto-fiat exchange is concerned. Research the facts before losing your coin.
