Neo, Why is it still falling?

Any recommendations about the current value?

Saw some reddit posts claiming 1 MCT = 0.8$ but that seems pretty high for me. Thanks in advance!

There are a lot of ICOs involved in Neo, but why is it still dropping?

A lot of people say that alts need to move away from btc but the fact remains that it is still king. No alt however good it may be can go up when btc is going down.
Not to mention that  current market sentiment is horrible with many people making calls for 2k-4k btc. Might be wrong but let me be clear if btc drops to 2k you will find ether trading at sub 100$ neo at sub 10$ and so on.

The best bet in this type of a scenario is to hold on to good alts you strongly believe in. If you hold neo because you are confident about its longterm future than even a 80% drop from here should not scare you off.( unless of course you have bought it on credit/or put in to much of your savings)

I like Neo very much and I have investment there, market is so bad and Neo is falling because of this. When market turn back and bull season stars, then Neo will increase well again.

The price of neo is falling because all other coin in crypto are falling even the best coin in crypto are also falling but this is only for a temporary period. As soon as the market recovers which I think should happen soon, the price will rise again.

It is falling because of crypto market tendency. Not only Neo is falling, but also BTC, ETH and other top altcoins.

I have to say some of the comments and articles linked on this thread are downright ridiculous. It makes extremely little difference whether some Korean exchange has decided to distribute Gas or not

Having said that, most miners would be out of business if for example ETH dropped to 100 USD, so these expectations are also not realistic, if BTC keeps falling, at some point top promising altcoins will almost certainly diverge from the direction of BTC.

All altcoins are in the red. Neo is not an exception. By the way, Charlie Lee has found several drawbacks in Neo project, I think it also influenced the price decrease

I don't hold any NEO but now that you put it like this, I got to agree that it sounds absolutely like a good buy, for purely speculative purposes that is. I thought ETH at $500 and BTC at $6500 and Litecoin at $95 were super value but $38 from $150 is even more incredible. Then again, are we really going to believe NEO will climb back up to ATH levels? All the same, hard to ignore this type of floor price.

I do not think like this, why do most people blame btc when altcoin prices decrease?

I guess the price drop is not dependent on the bitcoin price but depends on the overall cryptocurrency and the bitcoin part of the cryptocurrency.

The market is not doing great nowadays and all the altcoins are falling to a lower level and even the bitcoin has gone done a lot which has affected all the market and it has gone to red
So with that neo has started falling too, neo is also one of the altcoins so we cannot say why neo will not fall. Eventually when all the market is falling neo will be with it
Market will regain its value in the year or so . Till then we have to wait for the market to rise and with that neo currency will also rise
Its market and its unpredictable so better to have a better check as some of the coins are still going up but with the lower margins but neo is not one of them right now

Well, it seems we cannot do away with the reality that the price of Bitcoin currently controls all the alts. Bitcoin is really really down, the market has turned red and so everything is down, and I think that is why NEO has fallen down in market price.
