The Texas branch of the SEC filed an application for the termination of the company offering the investment, with a weekly income of 8%, in the crypto currency and medical marijuana. This is due to the fact that a certain Marc Moncher tried to sell unregistered securities using the online platform Millionaire Mentor University, which is also known as the Financial Freedom Club. However, a few hours after the order took effect, the online platform continued to operate.

According to information provided by the SEC, the platform gives users the opportunity to invest in a crypto currency, which will be used to provide credit for the purchase of medical marijuana in California. Investors were promised an 8% profit per week. The motto of the project was the phrase: "Never work hard again". The company offered investors to invest $ 2,000. They were told that they would not receive a check for the product, the value of which corresponds to their contribution - this would ensure the safety of investors. This product was the gold watch Seiko, which investors have not received.

The SEC's Texas office accused Monchere of hiding information that he was sentenced to 57 months in prison in 2010 for mortgage fraud. It seems that the Texas SEC is the most active in the US.

What do you think guys regarding this?
