The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

I haven't had a good experience with this exchange. My NLG transaction has been stuck in limbo for a week now. No response from any support even though I've sent many emails, facebook messages, etc. Deposits went fine of course. Maybe it's just the NLG Blockchain, I don't have much experience transacting on it, so ymmv.

EDIT: I have to apologize to cryptobroker.io for my last review, as they have gone way out of their way to help me with my stuck transaction situation. They completely redeemed themselves. Not only did the owner of cryptobroker.io contact me, he also personally worked on the solution and actively kept me updated with what the issue was, how to remedy it (what to do and what NOT to do when sending funds using their services) and more importantly, when I could start sending my stuck funds to where I needed them to go. I mean, where else do you get the owner of an exchange or brokerage service (big or small) to contact you personally (multiple times) and answer some "there is no such thing as a stupid question" questions only us newbies can ask?! I'm impressed and I have to say thank you to the owner, Ryan Scott, for being patient and walking me through my situation. I now can recommend their brokerage services and can say from experience that they will go out of the way to help their customers in need.
