I fully Agree with your statement. Here in our country like Korea and India, News regarding cryptocurrency, specially the Bitcoin was heard from a news report one afternoon, at the first part there are positive comments and articles about it then at the next half of the show, the negative comments and opinions came flooding in, drowning all the positivity of it. So, a majority of the population was then brainwashed on how terrible is bitcoin to them.

stop listening false news indeed can avoid us to being panic when the price fall because indeed in this year there was plenty of negative news and rather than being panic when the price fall then thinking positive would be good because if we thinking positive then we will never sold our bitcoin at low price which automatically we never be a part of panic sold

The current "crash" is caused by one bad "news" after another. A lot of them are the false or twisted truth.
For example, today, once again "China Full ban crypto". What the... Why is it causing another crash?? Why is it even "news"?
It was already banned in China back in September 2017. All trading platforms suspended trading in September. Anyone from China who still trade Crypto must be using foreign platforms. Sure, they reported that China added all crypto exchange sites to Great FireWall. So what? These people have VPNs! When I was in China, everyone who visits foreign sites use VPNs. Yes, China banned VPN as well a long time ago. So what? Everyone is still using it. Just like ignoring the traffic light is illegal in China, but at every intersection, you will see people ignore the red lights... the truth! Just because it is "illegal", does not mean no one will do it.
So just this (one) news of China banned Crypto, it was repeatedly used to crash the Crypto market (4 or 5 times). Do not fall for it!
1. Summer 2017, China banned ICO.
2. September 2017, China banned crypto trading.
3. November or December? China became unfriendly to crypto mining (Large-scale miners moved oversea already)
4. January 2018. China banned websites of foreign crypto exchanges. (VPN!!!)
5. Today, "China Full Ban Crypto"... (Really?)
So what is next?
"China really ban crypto"?
"China really full ban crypto"?
"China really really full ban crypto"[IMG]
"China will jail anyone who trades crypto"[IMG]
"China will execute anyone who trades crypto"?
"China will nuke every country who trade crypto"[IMG]??
Stop spreading this nonsense. What's done was already done in September 2017. Nothing has changed ever since. NOTHING really changed in the last 4~5 months.

Same goes for Korean and Indian news. South Korea did not really ban crypto. Just one guy wanted to ban it. It was not approved, nor implemented. So far they have only added regulations that people can no longer trade anonymously. So what? Didn't Coinbase, Kraken, Bittrex etc. US-based platforms all require our IDs and photos?
India also did not ban crypto. Just a minister made some unfriendly speech toward crypto. No real "ban" whatsoever.
From the look of it, someone or some groups are trying hard to make the prices go down. The sad thing is, people are falling for it. The same China "news" was used on 5 occasions to cause the market crash while nothing was really changed or happened. Korean news was used on at least 2 occasions.
The bottom line is, let's just ignore all the stupid "news". Use our brains. Not hearsay from yellow journalism. It is getting annoying to have every little "news" to impact the market price.
To me the headline or the topic of this page should be learnig how to discern the fake from the real ones. While I do agree that there might be a lot of speculations and mistrust between the cryptocurrency and the public brought about by misinformation. I do think that we should not just say that something is fake just hecause it is not the story we want to hear. We should all be able to read and learn for ourselves what is it revolving towards |

Lestening to the news is like a bad habbit for you specialy if you are in trading much better if you focus your time and effort to dig and search on which coin or tokens you want to invest and hold for long term rather than watching bad news about crypto.

A lot of greedy people especially the big whale's player who likes their strategy in dragging bitcoin to go down. They spreed the toxic false news to the people around the globe so that the popularity of bitcoin is affected. Some of them are using the name of bitcoin for their personal interest like scammer. This is how bad this group of greedy people. So in order to be aware of this kind of people we should not listen their false news againts the bitcoin. |

We need to stay positive as things can move turn into positive, false news want to destroy the good name and good standing of such things. So in order to be positive stop listening false news but it is also a challenge to us to improve and do good.

yes of course it's just fake news and it's just the act of Media to spread false rumors just to destroy the reputation of bitcoin. So do not be too confident in the media that just spread the word is not clear. If you want to know about bitcoin news join the bitcoin forum (bitcointalk.org) there is a lot of news about bitcoin.  |

Well the media is definitely against bitcoin and the media is always biased about it. Never believe about it unless you try this investment yourself because in this investment it has a good rate so you will most likely gain as much as you have invested into it. Just invest into bitcoin and benefit from it while it is still here and still not banned around the world because they're starting to ban it one by one in country but some country accept bitcoin as is which is very beneficial to everyone. |

Usually, in order to sell a news, it should be negative. So negative news about bitcoin or cryptocurrency in general is something that media can sell very well. I hope one day, there will be more positive news in the mainstream media than the negative ones. It's really annoying why they focus all their attention to release all the negative things happening around. And most of the time, it's not even negative negative truth but also negative fake.

We can hear a lot of news about crypto but few of it are legit that's why we need to be careful on picking what we are going to believe. Bitcoin has been very popular all over the world and issues and criticisms are being made over it which affects the mindset of the investors and users of it so we should be careful on throwing out some news about it. |

People are just making something to get their attention. You search on your own to gain knowledge so you don't have to depend on some illegitimate news since it would only cause panic in the community though it might be good since the effect could decrease the price of bitcoin but it is going the wrong way.

I agree with you better to stop listening to the lies of news that is not clear news source, all the news about lies aimed at destroying the price and popularity of bitcoin and finally the price decreased, this is what makes me hate with those who always spread the news lie
