I never believed in the news that bitcoin would be closed. okay if the government can close the wallet accounts and exchanger for acces it. but my question would be, can the government really block this blockchain technology?

Maybe the news is true that there are some ICO that banned by china. But not all ICO banned in the country. Just a misnomer from what we see in the news. Maybe we should listen more to the news about crypto currency so we do not misunderstand.

I strongly believe that all countries that prohibit ICO currently make strict regulations and even prioritize ICO from their own countries. I am sure they will be at the forefront because their concentration is more stable in making binding rules. I do not really believe in FUD because they just boasted without market-tested research.
