So...what pools would you use?  What's PtoPool???
P2pool is a p2p pool. As far as reward methods go, I would use any pool that has a hopping-proof method.

What's a hopping proofing method and which pools offer it?  I tried to look on the wiki forum...but it doesn't say anything about hopping-proof.

Thats because its misspelled, it should read hoping-for-profit. Smiley

^^ you are asking for a document that is over 7 years old...
Very safe bet that most of the information is obsolete. Most of the pools running today were started long after that was written and the mining landscape has drastically changed since then.

Kudos for knowing how to search (and found this) though!

Look at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=104664.msg1146108#msg1146108 at the top of this section. That is the most up to date info on pools running today.
