No wonder some of you have transactions that are more than a day old, or even a month.

Idiots will be idiots.



Add fees to the transactions!!!!!!

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

You still get 50 btc per block and a block isn't very hard yet, so why send a fee?

Atm you can mine for 50 BTC, but not forever, and with the ever increasing difficulty peoples should do get use of fees to be profitable...

i have never send any fee, and all my tx have gone though.
i will not put any fees on my txs, before the block reward is down to 6.25 btc.
the miners do earn too much already.
