That sounds about right. Most of the maintenance we have carried out so far, we didn't have to turn it off. In case of major updates (very rare though), then possibly we may take the site down. Overall, the site is always up and running.

I must say they are realy good.
The hosting was realy fast online.
The support here is fast.
If i had a problem it was solved without extra payment or anything else.
