In most PoS mechanisms, owners of token owners can stake tokens in the wallet and earn passive income, depending on the stake scale. The larger the token property, the greater the stake reward.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

To make it simple: staking pools are focused on making the most out of the combined staking capacity. The bigger the staking pool, the more chances are there that the staking pool will be picked and verify a block.

PSK is 100% utility token. The coins PoS you put in the pool will pay a reward. The token is used to withdraw this reward
