Hello people, I have R9 Fury GPUs, I have been using these ones to mine equihash algorithm to nicehash, but at this time Dagger Hashimoto is more profitable, but I have in this rig is driver 15.12, which that give the best performance to Furys to equihash, but due that version do not have DAG Fix, when I mine Dagger Hashimoto the rig can not achive its maximum hashrate. I tryed Blockchain Driver, works well in dagger, but in equihash GPUs give 0 H/s. Do somebody knows a driver version with DAG fix that works well in both algorithms with R9 Fury? Thanks for the help.

I have some experience with R9 Fury and Fury X, but that's not my own, that's my friend cards. Fury gets the best performance (almost in all algorithm) using driver 15 version, indeed. And Fury X better with driver 16 version (16.9.2 - if am not wrong.  Cheesy) Maybe you could try 16.9.2 with your Fury.

I have a r9 fury x, also had a fury. Equihash only works on 15.12 on the Fury cards. The miner isnt adapted to another driver whilst using a FURY. Best would be a dual  boot system where one OS is on 15.12 and the other on 16+ for DaggerHashimoto. I myself dont use this dual boot option but i can imagine this will solve the problem Smiley Currently mining ETH but system is really unstable while using r9 fury x in combo with r9 290. Keeps having Temp control errors or OpenclCALL errors on the fury x. Solo mining with fury is no problem, strange.

Hashrates eth 31 on stock clocks max is 36 ( 1200mhz core )545 ram
Equihash 490 stock clocks and max 510.

these errors are also on stock clocks so its not about my overclock thats unstable.

r9 290
Eth 30 (1040mhz core 1250mhz mem)
Equihash 330 sols/s

Ah...you got another option with more specific experience to your cards. -OP

Buddy, I always liked R9 owner, that's really cool. I have a few R9 series (290,290X,390,390x) and 16.9.2 giving me the best performance on those all card.

Another story - my friend (that I mentioned above) use hybrid driver (may I need to ask him back which driver source that used) to combine Fury with R9 390 in one rig.

This combined driver will be great for me I have a rig with Fury 390s and 290s. The 390s and 290s with blockchain driver works great (equihash, ethash, cryptoning, neoscrypt and others), but still the issue with equihash and Fury (0 H/s). 15.12 as I said above, good at all, but mining ETH, ETC, nicehash ethash, low hashrate.

I thought 16.3.2 was the optimal driver for the Equihash R9 Fury? Not sure though if this will also work for ETH.

16.3.2 for Fury X, and will work with ETH, but due this driver version does not have DAG Fix, hashrate will be lower and droping.

I checked and I'm using 16.3.2 on both R9 Nano, R9 Fury X and even Radeon Pro Duo.
I get 420-430 H/s on the Nano and 470+ on the Fury X with stock clock speed.
Perhaps this would be an acceptable solution for you?
I have not tested 16.9.2.
