Not just miners and economists but people that have heard about bitcoin and started using them?

well there were 61020 accounts that were hacked. A bunch are dupes but still i would say in the 40000 range. I was wondering if there are any hard data.

i'm pretty sure the client has been downloaded over 300,000 times or so, maybe more by now.  I think you can track it from the download sites.
