new to mining trying to use p2pool

Hi,

This newbie status sucks. It seems really bugged. I couldn't search because I had searched less then 90 seconds ago (which I hadn't) and just then I tried to write a post and it said I had last posted less then 360 seconds ago (which I hadn't). Anyway, on with the real question.


I have just started mining p2pool. I am concerned as in the console readout it says I have 0 shares and 13 days to share. How do I adjust and confirm the share difficulty? I run 2 BE at the moment. Can someone please help me to get this set up correctly so I can make some BTC?
