I have 2 machines with the oficial client connected on 2 differents ISP. one gets only 8 connections as much and when I run p2pool adds one more. The another client shows once only 35 but when the time passes get more connections. Actually on the last one I have between 70 and 80, suddenly connecting and disconnecting 2 or 3. Is strange to note the first one never adquires more connections when I use the other ISP.

Is this normal? Can this be risky? I don't understand if this can be used to trace clients or not but I suspect this can be a risk if someone lives on a despotic country.

The client with 8 peers is not getting incoming connections.  Check to see if that ISP is doing NAT, or your firewall settings, or the maxconnections value in bitcoin.conf.

Something is preventing it from accepting incoming connections.  Probably firewall or NAT.
