More users, thus more holders will definitely help, but we need high level traders with multi millions to step into Bitcoin to achieve a price of at least a few $K. Normal users only bring in little money, which isn't exactly enough to lift the price. Market movers are needed here.  |

It can be seen as a challenge, especially for those who don't have the required funds to do so. I think right now we are already starting to see people not buying a whole Bitcoin, but just 0.2BTC instead. And when they have more funds ready, they will buy themself another 0.2BTC. Till they reach the magical 1BTC. |

I think everyone here is delusional. For bitcoin to get his high, all coins would need to be mined already. There needs to be a lot of demand and supply is limited. I don't think this will happen in 4 years. I think it will take at least 10 or so years for bitcoin to reach this.

2019 is not far but and not near, i think that in 2020 will be another halving and maybe at that time price will be changed dramatically. |

Probally never. I can't see the price have such a value ever.
It's truly an utopia to think thi swill happen.
My guess it will peak at 5k then go back to a stable price around the 4k

I know the Gemini exchange intends to serve institutional investors, but their volume is just showing that there is barely any interest in their exchange. I am also aware of the fact that they only allow US customers to sign up for the moment. Gemini doesn't have any impact on the price. I wonder how many traders are actually using their exchange. Their volume is made by some peaks and that's it. There are periods of hours where only a few coins are being traded. |
