После этого в биткоин кошеле перестали отображатся история переводов и баланс. Все файлы точно есть.
Что это может быть?

Совсем нет истории переводов? Вы переносили файл wallet.dat на другой компьютер?

 А все нашел - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=36193.0 читаю..

 я думмал если папку bitcoin-0.3.24 целиком скопировал - то и все файлы склпировались.
