The chain starts when the countdown timer at Zixx.org finishes.
Once the chain goes live there will be a number of blocks with only a tiny reward, these are there as instamine protection. Once those blocks are all found, after a day or two, the full block reward will start and masternode enforcement begins

There will be an auction in the days leading up to launch where the final 5 masternodes will be sold. Previous auctions went as high as 3 btc per masternode.

The minimum buy amount is 1 XZX, any member can buy from within the discord server.
There will be ~2000 coins available to buy once the coin launches. These will be priced based on the final auction prices + 50%
This will allow anyone at any price point to get involved with the coin from the beginning using shared masternodes.

Anyone can suggest a charity, so if you can't think of a good one, by reading through the suggestions of other people you may find one that you would like to see supported.

There is plenty of time before the first round of charity funding is sent out, so everyone will have a chance to get the charity closest to their heart on the list.
