This Alt is yet another "revolutionary" coin that simply has figured out why all the others haven't gotten it right. I was tipped off about the ICO and immediately massive red flags pop up. There is simply no such thing as a SAFE cryptocurrency. PERIOD. Nor is there for traditional investments.
They claim to be a decentralized investment platform (whatever that is) but they go on to say in the White Paper (

easy way".This entire paragraph is a contradiction. Any sort of investment that is touting that they're "safe" is simply full of complete shit! Next they say "allows management of crypto assets in a safe and easy way". Yet again '"safe" as well here we see them contradict themselves in terms of a decentralized. If they can manage the assets, moving in out of different sectors HOW IN THE HELL is this decentralized ?!
Looking at the section in the white paper that says "ICO Scams" couldn't be more ironic than Alanis herself...

They are literally telling you that they're not decentralized here. They go on to say that they're a "hedge fund" which is one of the most risky investment types there is. Then .."Renders us profitable even during falling markets". There isn't a company on this planet (nor would the SEC allow it) that can promise this.
They go on to talk about their funds which simply reinvest in other Alts. Alt Cryptocurrency is BY FAR one of the riskiest investments there are...likely #1.
PECUNIO Intial Coin Offering is the second ICO for this company, PECUNIO Cryptocurrency Fund was the first.
PEC Cryptocurrency Fund states in invests in blockchain assets, giving only examples of what they might invest in at their managements discretion. They tout this coin as decentralized even though they are investing your money the way they see fit. That doesn't jive.

This simply says to me they are going to keep having coin offerings so that their coin will look like it's doing well, but in reality is artificially growing (remind you of a certain "shape"?). The last sentence in bold is deceiving and just odd.
But wait there is more.. a referral program (red flag 101) in which they state " On the other hand there is a referral system,
allowing the user to profit from his own ambition and satisfaction using peer-to-peer networking".
Let me ask this...what are they REALLY investing in? Alts right now are all based on hopes and dreams, bells and whistles and untested to be able to handle enormous flows of coins...unlike Bitcoin which has had billions ran through it's blockchain, was able to spot weaknesses and implement change such as Seg-wit and the Lighting Network. However Bitcoin ISNT an investment, nor is there a team with your money in their control.
This nonsense is spewed out for a few more pages, contradicting it's self the entire way.
I hold a securities license and have been working in the financial field for 15+ years now. I got in to the financial industry because I was sick of seeing people getting taken advantage of. This coin screams of being a scam, full of confusing twists and turns and deceiving terms and phrases while contradicting itself over and over.
