Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Qualcosa mi dice che non sei stato molto generoso con le commissioni.

Come immaginavo, commissioni 0. Potrebbe anche non venire mai confermata. È più probabile però che la prima conferma ti arrivi tra qualche ora.

Non c'è molto da spiegare, in realtà. Puoi solo aspettare sperando che prima o poi un miner ti faccia il favore di includere la tua transazione nel blocco, anche se non avrebbe vantaggio a farlo.

Per un'altra volta, configura il client in modo che invii una commissione, anche minima, ma non 0.

Immagino di sì, invece, ma non ho esperienza col client di blockchain.info per cellulare. Prova a cercare nel menù di configurazione.
