If switcheo wants to add a token, i'm pretty sure they can do it without anyones permission - thats a key advantage of a DEX. Similar to how you can add a new coin via its nep-5 hash to your NEON wallet (over simplification of course!)

if they raised $100k, i’d still expect them to spin something positive

I would normally agree but I think there is a valid question in there this time due to the pegged neo value.. it has to be considered because hardcap and softcap were calculated based on a 2 cent token and 100 USD neo.
They don't actually have that, it's now a third of that value.
However, I'm guessing the fiat deal with Fijian makes it moot so they can cover operating costs from fiat without selling off neo at cheap prices anyway.

Agree with that. The growth fund and betting tokens and the 90 mil won't be part of circulating as per cmc until they had been spent or are in the publics hands.

But what really keeps the Team from listing ASA even on switcheo that's free?
I'm not yearning for Binance or kucoin tho some money was raised for this purpose. There's really need for liquidity and switcheo will be ok for a start whether market is up or down. Just list it and let the tokens out there in the free market.

If overall feeling is good people dont sell. Trust and patience wins. Any uncertainty or delays are a reflection of the work ethic of such old organisations which within 1 or 2 year will vanish.
I trully think major exchanges atleast the top 5 willfunction as new world banks.

Spot is a longer term one anyway for me. They aren't set to release an exchange until 2019 and I bought for the returns from that. I'm hoping that the preico and private sale have them enough to not delay there dev roadmap with the sale delay but we shall see.
The price is steep.
Private sale was 0.3 but that's beyond my scope as it was a min of about 30k USD.

I mean I guess if you count a testnet as first then I suppose so. Aph will have growing pains as switcheo did when they went main net.
Switcheo will probably have their erc20 dex out before aph even releases their mainnet for nep5. They delayed it from end of June to end of August/September
