I am always optimistic for the past couple of months bitcoin had its market value dropped from 20,000$ to an all time low 3,000$ as of today. The market is down now but i always keep on believing that the market can recover anytime soon.

We shouldn't conclude it as market recovery still, the price of bitcoin and ETH are very low in the market. Dont consider it as bull run but it is just the price of bitcoin is increase from 3500$ to 3974$. So instead of concluding it as bull run better wait until it cross more than $10k.
