I will rather blame those victims as irresponsible as they were blind with the higher interest rates in just few days... imagine who will be a legit business will give you that high interest rate. In the first place it smells fishy but they still continue and the bad part they invest more from there relatives money. Yes its true that bitcoin's name can use by other people to scam those ignorant in cryptoworld because of the boom of bitcoin last year 2017.

But its not Bitcoins fault, those victims put their money without knowledge how it works and it is their own fault. Their ignorance bring them to this worst situation.
