Hello,

I send some BTC last evening through blockchain.info "shared send". They have not yet arrived at the destination. There are many confirmations on the transaction though. Elapsed time has been roughly 12 hours at this point.

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot the issue. Looking at the transaction on block chain.info does not help much, since the nature of shared send is to obscure the destination address.

Can someone offer any help or troubleshooting advice? I did submit a problem ticket, but have gotten no response.

Thanks in advance

In what wallet does the destination address reside?

I'm having this same trouble. My internet connection got interrupted in the middle of doing the "repetitions". Any way to recover the lost coins?

EDIT: Looking around a bit I found the recovery button to press. Smiley

I am having problems as well. If someone would please advise me I would truly appreciate it.

1. I send some BTC to an address using shared coin on blockchain.info
2. transaction went through, but, it took out over 1 extra BTC from my wallet
3. When I check the receiving address they got the correct amount in the address, but, no confirmations.
4. When I look at the transactions on my wallet it shows the transaction with the extra BTC being taken out and several confirmations.

What do I do about this? I opened a ticket with support. No response yet. I am feeling pretty fucked right now.

Try the Recover Addresses Button on The sharedcoin page.

And also in Account Settings -> Debugging run check compressed.

WOW, I see ya magicfox! The button on shared send page did nothing, but, the debug worked. Funds back in my wallet in 10 seconds. Thanks so much. You are good people.
