Hi all,
I am part of the Maxdata.io team.
As part of an ICO marketing team - you always strive to show your ICO in the most transparent and candid way possible.
So I decided to ask you the community - What would make you trust an ICO?

All answers will be highly appreciated!

Thanks
GL:HF

For me the first thing that would make me trust an ICO is the kind of product that they are proposing to the investors. If I look at the project and see that it is good to last for a couple of years at a time then I usually trust it. Also the creators of the coin are also something that I look at when researching an ico, a face behind the project gives me confidence in it.

Almost all of us know that there are a few factors who are important, it is not about 1 thing who make an ICO trusty. I look at the website, team and investors after reading a quick summary of the ICO. If it is interesting then I look at the whitepaper and reviews about the ICO. The high yield of an ico makes many people willing to invest and believe in an ico, which is why many people keep investing in an ICO.

If you want us to trust your project, you already know the answer. We always research whether if the team have past experiences and which project is it. The chances that we would participate in your project is high if you're experienced and your past project succeeded. Next is the team. We would like as much transparency as possible to prove that your team is legit because this is cryptocurrency, which is ironic that we promote anonymity here but investors won't risk that anymore specially because ICO scam is a thing nowadays.

nothing. i do not think it's a valid business strategy and never will be. it's just an attempt to milk the clueless. if the idea is that good then go get professional investment from a venture capitalist.

if i was forced at gunpoint to 'invest' in one then i'd only do it if they had established and signed up business relationships in place and a cast iron plan.

Good reviews - an indicator of a positive reputation. They are usually written on thematic crypto-currency forums: Bitcoin Talk, Reddit. Ordinary for each exchange has its own branch, for example, such a Binance.
As long as I can read there whitepapers in the project with a legit one with no copied by others It's already trusted for me and also I depended on the number of participants who are involve.

It's the uniqueness of the idea first. Then the team and the team again. There are many scammers these days. To trust an ICO, i have to trust the team. I should see their technical and marketing team with linkedin profiles.

What will make me trust in ICO after so many SCAM ICO so far? First is about the technology and concept that they are offering. Second is who is the team of the ICO. ANd the token supply and allocation (is it normal or not). We must also be active and smart in analyzing the data and condition in their community channel.

I can not depend on a single project to trust a project, but I can easily say that the biggest factor is the project team. Although important details such as project objectives, project technology and areas of use are something for me, it is always a step forward for me to learn about that project's team because it is the project team's past career achievements and if so, the previous project achievements for me It is important. It is a reality that a project created with a lazy team will not work much, but it is a fact that a project created with a hardworking team will produce quality jobs. For that reason, a project must first have a quality team to gain my confidence, while the back of this detail follows project technology, areas of use and project objectives.

It is not easy to invest in an ICO. You have to choose a good ICO that has the potential to grow in the future and bring benefits to the community. Feasibility. In my opinion, to assess a good ICO should find out about the founding team of the ICO which is especially the development team and the advisory board. Study each team member for more information about them. You can find their name on Google. Visit the Linkedin profile page. Look for the famous names on the project advisory board. Find out if the group has ever participated in the pre-codec or ICO project that is successful or not and in what project they contribute.

First thing that I'm taking a gander at is simply the task through perusing the whitepaper. How it will encourage the commercial center and if there is really a certifiable use. At that point taken after by the group. Taking care of the network is another factor. At that point after that I'll check the Independent ICO evaluations. In the event that everything is a "yes", at that point around 60% trust is there, at that point 40% is in work in advance while the ICO/venture is running.

In choosing a good ICO you need look for the teams transparency. I think their activities could be a proof for its legitimacy. Also in this way we can be able to track the progress of an ICO.

I'm sure that, the ICO has a unique concept, different ideas, and more advanced technology.
Do you know what you're writing about? The meaning of this phrase is absurd. ICO is the Initial Coin Offering. All that you have specified can relate to the project, which conducts ICO. But projects, now, a lot and the ideas of most of them are not worth a cent.

I look into the development team members and their track record. I also look into their partners, the project's aims and objectives and the whitepapers.

I trusted to the ICO that gives more information or all detaisl are there, and I don't want anonymous team because incase that is scam we cannot find them. I also trusted to the ICO if the benefits is high reward that I get and also to the unique platform because mosy of the ICO have same platforms.

What makes me trust ico is that there is a clear and professional team. There is an advisor on the ICO project. And also I think the community's enthusiasm for an ico project is very important. Because of that it will certainly increase the attractiveness and also the popularity of the ico project. Maybe that alone can make me trust ico.

My critical strategy is to observe the team on the board, present and past project executed with there qualification relative to what they are out to offer, also much more import is to discover if the  ICO/Project has an existing project that is on.
