Based on data from Icobench, despite the bearish crypto market, the number of ICOs is still increasing each month. Some people think the growth of new ICOs will decrease, because Ethereum (which is the platform for most ICOs) prices are bearish as well. On the other hand, there are people who are convinced the ICO market will continue to grow this year because they simply believe the bull season will return and thus positively affect the investment appitite for ICOs.
