Price is hard to set right now, could fluctuate $50 within 10 min and will effect both of us. If I lock in for example $340 and by the time you pay me and the ass falls out of BTC you won't be happy.

How about we set a benchmark against MTGOX/Localbitcoins price with a slight discount as well for you, all depends on how much BTC you want to buy?
