This asset is a Group Buy of Avalon Batch 3. We've purchased 3 Units. Each Unit has ~ 85 Ghash/s.
The 3 Units are split into 33,000 Shares. Hosting is provided by Candoo and organized in the beautiful country of Germany.
We pay about 26 Eurocents per Kilowatt hour.
The management fee is 1%. The energy costs are not included in the management fee.
We purchased the Units on March 26, 2013. We will keep the Units running as long as it is profitable to do so. If we can't run them profitably at any point, then we may sell the devices. If this equipment is sold, proceeds will be dispersed to all shares equally.
Voting rights:
Major decisions are settled via votings. Each Share contains one voting right.
Dividends payments are processed bi-weekly.
