[BUG] Insert quote button is missing

I'm not sure if this is some kind of new limitation for some ranks or something else happened and a bug was introduced, but I cannot see the "Insert Quote" button/link when in edit mode anymore.

This is the possible bug description:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new post in a thread that has some replies already
2. Look over the previous posts while in edit mode and search for the "Insert Quote" button/link (on the right side)

Expected results:
The "Insert Quote" button/link is present on the right side of the previous replies.

Actual results:
The "Insert Quote" button/link is missing on the right side of the previous replies.

If anyone has any idea on what is going on, please shed some light on this

I just tested this in two different posts and I can see the "Insert Quote" link.

Can you double check?

Just tried it too. No problem at all.
Try to do the same from another browser or on the mobile. I've tested both, mobile and Chrome, no issues found.

No issues here either. There are probably no new rank limitations as I'm smaller in rank than you but even I can see it. You should try different devices, or different browsers in the same device. It should be there.

That's strange... I'm using the latest Chrome browser on a Mac and this is what I'm seeing:



EDIT: I have cleared my browser cache and restarted and I do see the "Insert Quote" link now.
This was extremely strange as it worked fine a few hours ago...

As I said earlier, have you tried from another browser? Maybe from a mobile. Was this link there before and suddenly disappeared?
I've been using this option for quite some time and never experienced something like this. Well, I'm not on Mac,tho.
