This intermitent access happened yesterday as well.. I wonder if they are being DDoS'ed. If they are, won't tell us...  no so long ago they had this huge 100Gb crap flood and didnt tell the press until a week later..

Looks like another mega-flood of crap... Hence the connection times out... If they are not under ddos that would mean that incapsula is doing a very bad job cos w/o beeing attacked how can a CDN company fail from several parts of the globe?
