When the price falls, I usually hold my bitcoin. When the price rises, it is possible to sell a part of the altcoin to buy more profits. That's what I did. I hope my advice will help you.

If you don't have any need for cash, there is no need selling your altcoins. it is true that market is down but it is for a meantime, things will soon improve for better, remembering when you are selling your coin another HODLER is something packing them and waiting for the time it will moon.
For me when the prices goes down I will hold my Altcoin but when the time will come when the prices rising in a high value I will sell my Altcoin and I can buy what are my necessary of my own. |

if the price is going down, all we can is hold it tight. if you sell your coin, you loss your profit. but if you have money, you can buy some altcoins if their price is going down and hope the price will rise again.

The price downfall is temporary in this volatile market if you are hodling good coins like ETH,LTC,XRP and prices will boost as soon as bull run comes.So i don't get panic and hodl my coins until I get enough profits.You can also apply the same formula and buy at dips and gain huge profits after market revive. |

Do not sell and be patient. Right now the market is so transient. But it is unwise to sell coins when the price is lower than when you bought the,I have read different predictions about it but in general crypto experts assure that market will recover so be patient and hodl your coins for a while. I would do it

If it is falling, much better to hold it first and wait for the best time to sell them. Don't go what most of the people do so that you can still preserve the price of the altcoins that you are holding. Because if you are going to join dumping all of your coin then the price will definitely experience a bigger downfall.

I prefer to hold my altcoin and wait for the increase of the price rather than selling it at a dip.But sometimes it also depends on a situation that I am really need to sell coin because I am badly need money.Much better also if we buy coins nowadays because its price is low and wait for the high price and then sell it to be profitable.

do daily traders is best i think when you feel all altcoins going down because thats not affected with market going down or growing up, you can start do every time just buy and sell back when coin up

Selling for short term trade and holding for long term investments may depends on the performance of the altcoins. For a safer reasons it is better to divide it into two options to prevent FUD,FOMO and regrets like 50 percent sell and 50 percent hold. Due to its volatility this is the better strategy to win with your altcoins but sell what you can afford to lose and hold what you can afford to wait.
Do not bother with complicated strategies, I think what you say is an example of keeping it simple. 1. Set the amount you are willing to lose. This is your all time stop loss. 2. Set the amount you want to gain. For me, most alts are 100%. Set sell order at 2x the price you want or whatever x the price you need the gain. Then sell everything and hold all the remainders. Automatic hold. |
