This is a difficult issue. I have been holding on for a long time and have lost quite a bit. But I still hope for the future and wait for the price to rise.

I'm still sitting here holding my bags hoping for a miracle because thats effectively what i think its going to take to return to it's previous price. Everytime it hits a new ATL i think this has to be the bottom only to have it fall further...

It is better to wait for growth, but then still looking at what altcoins were purchased, if the Scam project, then there is no sense to keep then.

Altcoins are more appropriate for short term investment of the money but it is better to go for holding of all of your altcoins for now as this is not the right to sell any of your crypto coin as the market is not in a very good shape and that selling of any of the crypto coin will not help you in making any significant kind of profit. Hold your coins until you see a major pump in the market.

I was thinking about selling then I though that maybe that was not the best option for me right now, i am here to make as much money as I can so I can retire early with a good fund and selling my altcoins when the prices are down is not really a good route, and it is not like I need the money now anyway so I am going to hold all of my altcoins.

When the market conditions are down like now, then being patient is a better thing, I am also sure that the market is recovering soon so it does not panic when prices drop, precisely when it is cheap then I will buy as much as possible.

If the whole market is going down, you can sell coins to re-buy at a low price and then hold on until the market turns. If only your coin falls in price then you need to think about why this can happen, or the manipulation of large investors or problems with the team with the project.
