In this situation better hold your altcoins and don't sell at loss. And buy more if you have money. Soon or later the market will recover again and you will enjoy your profit when that happens. Right now market going to an abnormal situation. No one can predict what gonna happen next. But just like another market ( forex, stock, etc) it gonna be recovering.
