I can't really.

The only thing I noticed in isolation is you OP saying: if someone has 57 original ideas can they open an ANN thread on them all in a short amount of time. The answer to this is Yes and No.
Yes:
If they are all unrelated, and you can't merge any together.
If they are actually good ann threads and you don't link to your other ann thread in the one ann thread.

No:
If you're just going to end up spamming the forum with useless stuff in places like the altcoin announcements section. If you have something useful to say, say it. Otherwise, find another way to convey it without having to open extra threads (maybe it links to what someone has already said).

AND TO GET SOMETHING CLEAR: If all theses ANNs are to pump/dump or post some ICOs then you may as well just not bother at all. One ICO/currency is fine, multiple currencies that aren't based on each other (like ethereum and erc20 tokens) for example as they can be done in the same ANN threads.

Would you also mind sorting out your way of conveying information on your thread. It looks as if there are five separate points that you have made (at least) and I have only found one that is answerable.

Im trying to understand what you really want to say. But I didn't. I try my best to understand and I hope I answered your question.

I don't know if there's a way to positively conclude on dealing with either manipulation or good intention ahead of time. This is partly because many people can't tell themselves whether their intentions are totally clean or whether they're engaging in self-serving behavior. Most of us are very skilled at self-deception and some people tend to hold beliefs that bolster a positive self-image without really examining how accurate those beliefs. And on my opinion, maybe try to be self-aware of your own needs and desires. When you feel that someone is looking for something from you, and maybe not being entirely honest about it. Try to base the decision on your own desires (including your desires about the relationship--maybe the relationship is more important enough that your willing to overlook some minimal amount of problematic behavior).
