Author Topic: (FREEWALLET ISSUE) Can't Access Freewallet XMR (32 XMR) Since last novemeber 1st  (Read 102 times)

Hi,

I have had a XMR freewallet since sept 2016 with coins in, Safe on a device i keep safe and secure myself. I used a mailinator account to sign up with (not best idea but it was fine for how i am keeping them) so when they added e-mail confirmations last November 1st (2017) and set it on my account (which i did not want/need) they have not got 1 e-mail to me.

I contacted them in december 2017 which seemed to be passed from 1 person to another going over the same exact info as it was never the same person responding (taking weeks sometimes to reply).

With some digging and help from mailinator (they were great) i found that there is no issue with the mailinator account and it seems that freewallet are not/stopping/blocking the confirmation e-mails to mailintor.

I got frustrated back then so put it off but with the folk coming i was re-invigorated at chasing this down.

I Created a new ticket on there site to the mailinator account used which DID get a response (asking for a lot of information that was already provided) so they themselves can send e-mails to the account (confirmed) but confirmation's dont! I also told them send the e-mail to a Proton mail box as i can not respond with mailinator account. This they never did and although i copied the message down, I did not note the responding e-mail to get back to them. My bad.

I did what this e-mail asked and went to there support page where i have tried to open a new ticket explaining the situation in many ways to different e-mails with zero success. I do not even get a auto confirmation from them saying they have received my ticket as i did the 1st time i contacted them. Have not since.

I have full access to the account on the device they are on, I can do everything really and prove everything but without receiving confirmation e-mails i have over 32 XMR i can not do anything with and for what i can see, I have no way of contacting Freewallet as they have no e-mail/phone or anything to contact them with except their 'Ticket' System which doesn't work!

If i noted the corresponding e-mail when i did get that 1 and only response (which i did get a automatic message for saying they had received the ticket) i could have just messaged back but i forgot to note it down. Now im stuck with no way of getting back in touch with them for the last 3 days!

Does someone have a direct e-mail or something that i can contact them with from another e-mail than mailinator as i can not respond back to them on that e-mail.

It's crazy i got that response 3 days ago and now i can't even get an automated message saying they have received anything from me.

Any idea's/help would be much appreciated.

Oh really Freewallet? Why dont you explain to us why every XMR transaction is failing when you claim theyre just delayed? What is going on? When exactly will we be able to withdraw our XMR?

XMRTony, if your transactions keep failing, there can be a number of reasons for it:

  • You're trying to send more than you have in your balance;
  • You're trying to make a transaction to an invalid XMR address;
  • You don't have a verified email address on your Freewallet account;
  • There was suspicious activity on your account, which is why it got suspended by our security department.

Any of the situations listed above is a routine and can be resolved. Please submit a support ticket, and we'll be able to look into your case and assist you.
