It is true that, nowadays, you can earn money by trading some bitcoin. However, by its nature, bitcoin is not something like that at all. Satoshi Nakamoto, its creator, has invented the system of block-chain as a way to make it possible a peer-to-peer payment system on the Internet without third-party organizations. Thus, for bitcoin to be a pioneer of a brand-new social model or to be something revolutionary, we should SEPARATELY consider bitcoin (and other virtual "currency") and currencies issued by nations.
That's really the purpose of btc but who won't grab an oppurtunity to make some money? Isn't it other local currency is being traded as well. Trading is also consider as a job because you are putting effort and making money out of it. We can't also stop people think of btc as a way of making money because many have earned decent amount just from btc and it has been practiced since then.

I think the people got so interested with bitcoin because it had attracted them to earn good profit just like any other people that is involve with bitcoin. Another thing, bitcoin is not just for investment purposes but it is still used in businesses such as money transactions, paying bills using this currency and other business related applications. The other good thing about bitcoin is that people can earn btc by joining some signature bounty campaigns and other social media bounty campaigns without investing money in it.

Bitcoin ultimately needs to obtain circulation value, and its role is not just to make money. Its value comes from the group loyal to it and using it. Of course it can also be used as an investment, a tool for making money depends on your opinions and practices.

If you dont consider bitcoin as a potential to earn money, I think you have not fully understand it's great potentials. I advice you to do more readings and research about bitcoin for better undertanding.
I agreed that bitcoin is a potential to earn money and I consider it. Do not say that it is not a way to make some money because it is. Do a research about bitcoin earning or mining to know more of it.

Bitcoin is not the ultimate profession to jump into for making huge amounts of money by trading and investing. Its an ambition to make some easy money along side which is definitely a brighter platform to seek the luxuries of life. Getting some insight into it would make anyone earn and live their dreams, do not jump into conclusions without experimenting.

Bitcoin as a legendary innovation is still at its early stage of mainstream adoption and use. I quite agree with your line of thoughts as regards the core intention of the creator, however, besides its peer-to-peer objectives, bitcoin promises other huge potentials and people naturally would adopt it based on individual need.
Secondly, its fixed supply makes appreciation inevitable and by default hodling it comes with rewards. This very nature of value appreciation has changed peoples' perception and a lot of people see bitcoin as a store of value and/or asset.

Bitcoin is not a way to make money. Bitcoin is just a service that people believe in it and they like to use it that define it's value. I don't know if I said it right. But bitcoin is just a good thing now it started it all. It's not really the way but it's the payment of the thing we do. It's called bounty. Lots of ICO's comes out and brings the thing called bounty and airdrop. In that thing you earn something as payment exchange it to eth or btc and then dollars. Bitcoin can be consider as a way of living if you know how to use it.

Of course Bitcoin was created to revolutionize the traditional finance transaction system where people had to wait in long queue at the bank. Now with Bitcoin and the Blockchain technology, just a single touch at your own convenience will have all your transactions processed under good security, owner control, fast transaction and at low cost.
Also, you can earn some good profits by investing in Bitcoin especially setting a long term goal for that. Consider someone who bought BTC when the price was at $6K and now the price reaching almost $9K - that is a good profit margin and i don't think the story will end there, BTC is about taking another climb on the graph.

In my opinion, bitcoin was created according to the criteria of a method of online payment safe, effective. But there are surprises happening. It is characterized by decentralized supply being exploited in the pursuit of profit. That has changed bitcoin into an investment choice by the spreading effect of popularity. Bitcoin outperforms paper money and "virtual money" like webmoney, payza, paypal ... but it will not be comparable to paper money of each country in terms of operation and maintain value.
