a post on twitter is not a reliable source that you are posting here! not to mention the image is an screenshot of blockchain.info which is the buggiest block explorer of all times.

a reliable source is something like this: https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty which has a better data and charts which can also be relied upon.

and stop spamming your telegram group here. it is useless.

Isn't blockchain.info the only explorer that shows such a dip?

Blockchain is a software that is considered to be very advanced compared to other protection software today; the money does not grow up not Blockchain bug or some shock from outside, I think in The future may be that these currencies will be the focus of many investment projects.

The bug seems to have been fixed now: https://blockchain.info/en/charts/hash-rate?timespan=30days&showDataPoints=true

In future, don't be so quick to spread FUD. Do your research first. Be critical of sources.

Maybe you aren't looking well enough. Blockchain.info is notoriously known for the bugs in their websites since its inception, and as suspected, the massive drop in the hashrate is nothing but a bug on their end. There's no way the hashrate would go down insanely fast in such a pace considering that bitcoin is still a profitable coin to mine for those who have the hardware.

The likeness of bitcoin's network having failed is so low compared to the probability of a bug in the soft in a website that this issue shouldn't have been even raised.
