Yes You should mod the bios on your MSI MK2 570 8GB with Micron mem. Using Polaris BIOS Editor free from here:
https://github.com/jaschaknack/PolarisBiosEditorYou can save your current stock bios with atiflash, load them in PBE, hit the "one click" bios mod, and save them with a new name. Flash that, and you will be looking at 31.5 MH/s on ETH easily. If you want to squeeze out just a bit more, you can look at the max mem speed setting of 2250 toward the bottom left of PBE and change that to 2350. I have one 570 with Micron that will take a mem value of 2290 right now.
Others will recommend doing all sorts of crazy things to the GPU BIOS, but we find it best if you just do the mem timings only, and leave the OS to adjust everything else. That makes things much more flexible to keep up with difficulty changes, or even swaps between mining different coins if needed.
If you are looking for a Mining OS, I also recommend checking out ethos Linux.
