I'm pretty sure this weekend has had the greatest volatility of any weekend in Bitcoin history. And we're not even quite done yet. We went from $350, to $395, to $290, to $360, to $295, to $320. Now where?

I just happened to be watching the Clark Moody ticker when that happened - very surreal.

Still around.

I'm pretty sure that wasn't real price movement but just from one user (the hacker).

Ok, that isn't quite fair though. That's like saying Gox's most stable day was the one in which you couldn't trade in April.

Yea, sure, whatever. My point is that when gox noobs, you can throw volatility out the window.

I'm pretty sure this weekend has had the greatest volatility of any weekend in Bitcoin history. And we're not even quite done yet. We went from $350, to $395, to $290, to $360, to $295, to $320. Now where?

Biggest move percentage wise? Not even close. Your numbers represent a 7% correction.

Try $266 to $50 in under 48 hours following the April rally. That's an 81% retrace.

Pretty sure the mtgox hack day had more volatility.

Cute, except that there was no market. Just one seller hacker dumping.

That wasn't on a weekend. Also, that was a one-directional move, this weekend there were like $20 moves randomly in each direction every couple of hours.

I highly doubt it. This is remarkably calm.
