Typically what  I've seen in my limited testing it's close Mhash for SHA256 is approximately = to KHash for scrypt with slight variations; only tested with 5830 (300), 5850 (400), 6790 (200), 6850 (240), and 6870 (300)....Most of those are very slight overclocks or no overclock at all.

Anyways not to muddy this thread do you have prices in mind for your cards?

I have 6x MSI Twin Frozr 7950's.

I have a bunch of 7950's and about 5 7970's. The 7950's get around 560+ kh/s and the 7970's get around 650+ kh/s.
