I have 9 of these cards, unopened, brand new, still in their original boxes:  Why do I have 9 of them unopened? They were sold to us as being "single slot" cards. Which they are, in that they only take up one opening on the back of your case. They do however take up two slots worth of space on the motherboard. (i.e. they're double wide cards, but they only fill one slot hole on the case) This is great for filling up that last opening on your case, but didn't work for what we were planning to use them for. We opened some up, realized it wasn't what we thought it was, and decided to leave the rest in their original boxes. One that we did open gets about 185Mhash/sec using cgminer with stock clocks. Overclocking gets around 202Mhash/sec. (People in posts below report getting much higher, we didn't push it hard.) Requires just a single 6-pin power cable. 9 available. 0 left now. 9.5BTC each. Or if you don't mind taking one of the cards that's already been opened (all tested and do work, but we did open and play with them for a while) you can have them for 8BTC each. I use two 6770s which are the same thing. they both do 217m/hash a sec for me at 960mhz using phoenix miner, with flags and tweak borrowed from wiki hardware guide. Ive been extremely happy with low cost of entry for a card like this. also bonus they use about 100w under full load and can be used in OEM computers like a dell optiplex 620 (when most cards dont even come close to fitting.
+1 im running an asus HD5770 cucore, gettin 220Mhash with core@980 seller didnt push it to its limits, they do 200Mhash very easely! to OP: try to make the title a bit more clear, i was under the impression that it was in fact a single slot (including cooler) card, like you were  dont wanna confuse any potential buyers |

Yeah, I was trying not to oversell their capabilities in case someone else wasn't as lucky as I was. You can probably get quite a bit higher than what I said in the original post, but I never pushed it to see where it stayed stable. to OP: try to make the title a bit more clear, i was under the impression that it was in fact a single slot (including cooler) card, like you were dont wanna confuse any potential buyers Good point, rephrased in the title. |
