Having said that, unless you can get lots of active referrals, you probably won't be able to accumulate much bitcoin from it.

That's right, but I'm really concerned as of how they managed to get so many users in so small time..
It's not like they offer something many other faucets out there don't offer, and their cashout is more than 3x of most "direct payment" faucets

Well, yeah.. they've got high top prizes - but who's checking if they actually give what they say?

Such a sudden rise from zero to massively visited site is very unusual and unnatural. Google will punish them for that. Hardly any other ways than wicked for such a success. Very high ad price. Plenty of odd and suspicious around there.

Yes exactly this is like you explain above..
or in other way if you play 1 hour only one colour (Red for example) every two minutes you have almost 50% chance to win 200 satoshi. So this is 1h=60min/2min=30x200satoshi=6000satoshi*50%=~3000satoshi/h

All faucets are much too much work.. They only serve to give newbies a little feeling for the network before they go and buy their full bitcoins and such.

No they're not.. they're just ANOTHER way of getting more bitcoins.. you gotta find the most profitable ones and use em wisely

I buy BTC too, i mine some altcoins and then convert to btc, etc..

I'M still convinced that the value of BTC will go WAY higher in the next years so the small amount of satochis i get from faucets today will have a lot more value one day..
