Poloniex Withdraw Status ERROR

Since 01 Mar 2018 I opened a support ticket #772767 on @Poloniex and still without answer. I have a withdrawal Status: "Complete: Error". Get out of this exchange as soon as possible.

This stock exchange is a scam!
And no one will answer the problems in their support.
The first bell sounded last year, when this exchange began to block accounts just like that.

I get same for XMR withdraw. I don't get any answer from support on my ticket. But coins are in wallet now. Maybe it's for some coins normal? Support keep silence.

You need to send support tickets and wait for feedback because they have a lot of problems to solve now. Circle bought Poloniex, so this time is undergoing audit and transfer. I think Poloniex is still reputable.

Usual Poloniex support! they cannot handle support tickets fast. This is why i don't use them.
Poloniex is not scam exchange but support system is not working. I suggest you to use kucoin or binance.
their support is really fast!

 This error mean the transaction likely did not leave the exchange, please create a support ticket, set the ticket type to 'Withdrawal Issue', copy and paste the failed withdrawal from your withdrawal history page into the ticket body and a support agent will check the withdrawal for you as soon as possible.

Left this exchange almost a year ago after months of waiting for the answer from support with blocked depo) Thought nobody trading there now) they lost their volumes, don't see any sense to return there even with new owners.
