I deposited my money on end January through Payeer, but the fund was not added in Yobit and when I checked with Payeer, they said the fund goes through to Yobit. So I raise a support ticket to Yobit, but they have not reply to my support ticket for 3 months! They just keep quiet and scam my money!

Avoid Yobit! There are a lot better exchange to trade in crypto!

Deposit details:
@merchant: yobit.net [109742630]; History ID: 470616078; Pay system: Payeer; Date: 20.01.2018 18:56:53; Pay date: 20.01.2018 19:01:17; Order ID: FI1C89364F39527070F3CB784DF88D6AE4;

Not a surprise at all, because yobit is THE exchange to avoid right now. Payeer is also an exrtemely shady payment processor to go with because they can easily be shut down for money laundering charges, whether internationally or in the USA, just like Payza and LR did.

Could you add some screenshots as proof of your yobit account and your payeer deposit, however?

If the payeer transaction has indeed gone through, and the only thing holding you back at the moment is the unresponsive yobit support, then all you can do is wait. Payeer being Payeer isn't going to refund your deposit, and Yobit being Yobit isn't going to reply for a long time.

I did use Yobit back in the days and deposited some funds with perfectmoney, it should show up instantly after you consent to the transaction. Not sure what's going on here.

I've added the deposit details on my initial post as proof of my deposit from Payeer to Yobit account. Any people from Payeer or Yobit can verify it. The unresponsive of Yobit support is big red flag!

You should probably add a screenshot so that others can see it on the forum. Both Payeer and Yobit is most likely not going to monitor the forum for complaints actively, so posting proof that can only be seen by them doesn't really make sense.

Yes, yobit is completely unresponsive in their customer support now.

Most people will see delays of up to months or even years before their customer support tickets are responded to. You just seem to be another victim of that. Consider this money gone for now, but keep following up with yobit until they respond. Also, learn the lesson and don't use yobit again, please.

yobit has a bad habit to lock wallets for months making withdrawals to be a real game there. I don't trust this exchange any longer.

Nobody should have trusted them in the first place. History have proven them to be untrustworthy. The only reason to use them would be to use their shady investment scheme, or to trade shitcoin that will probably rob you in the end anyways. And you're right, even if the deposit goes through successfully to yobit, there is every possibility that all of a sudden the coin you're holding goes into "maintenance", which means that you can't trade or withdraw it until they resolve that issue.

I mean, it would be fine if they just had issues here and there, but at least respond to your customers. Isn't that's what customer support is for?

OP, have you received any sort of reply from Yobit yet? I did hear somewhere that if you translate your tickets to Russian, it would help speed up response. However, there is no confirmed proof this works. You might want to give it a shot since there's nothing to lose anyways.
