Official education? Master’s degree in cryptofinance

Now can you be officially  an expert in cryptocurrency? Does this mean that a person with such a diploma can officially work in the specialty?
I know that there are many courses dedicated to cryptocurrency, but it's all at an informal level.
Is this the beginning of a new era? Is this the first precursor of the legalization of the cryptocurrency?
