This is a nice update.
I would suggest one more update, which would certainly be useful. At a time when mobile devices are quite popular, the fixed size of the banner can be a complication for such users. it is almost a mandatory standard for a website to be responsive, and this is much more difficult to achieve with fixed-size images.
just an idea if you already want to make the work of promoters easier.

I think about automated size ads. So, an ad from the same place can be in various sizes, depending on the user's screen display. I use a similar thing when I place ads from Google Adsense. In this way, I always get a proportionate banner and all with the same code.

I have seen types reviews advertising another scam in trust pilot too... How do you deal with them in your platform? or you just let it be?

We have several layers of automatic protection; however, it is the human who has the last word before deleting the review. The case you have described is unacceptable, thank you for highlighting this problem. Moderators who allowed this blatant advertising were reprimanded, and the message was instantly deleted. On top of that, regulations for checking all suspicious reviews were reinforced, so that in future such messages wouldn’t get through and mislead users.

How do you deal with a fake review scenario?  Like in this example below.

Oh the irony of this fake comment being shown in public for more than one month, and in the same time we can't see any real negative feedback for most exchanges.
Last time BestChange said they are working on improving feedback system was months ago, and I don't see anything really changed in good direction.
Now I can see only one single negative review for all exchange, and everything else was ''resolved''  Undecided

This can be easily explained. Negative reviews keep in line several levels of employees: staff of exchangers, our moderators, sometimes several persons per case, their managers and in particular cases, the top management of the company. That’s why it is physically impossible to invisibly push for something in claims. We carefully see to the rules being followed.

With regards to deleting this is a wrong thesis. We don’t delete grounded claims, we can only change their status (to neutral one), if the case was successfully resolved or it is not a financial claim.

As for spam, yes, we are trying to clean up all mentions of third-party services, but we can sometimes accidentally omit something. Hundreds of reviews are left on our platform daily (without breaks or days off 😊 ) and something can go unnoticed. Although, it is bad, and we will try to make our best not to allow such rare mistakes.

And the thesis about “months” is not very logical, as the time of having the review live can vary, we seldom double-check the reviews that have been checked. And they are checked within minutes, sometimes hours, after getting into our database. Double-checking is possible if somebody like Bitcoin_Arena points us to that. A separate thanks to him for the signal.

As for improving the review system, it will not be upgraded soon, not earlier than the new version of the website is released, which is still under development. And light upgraded won’t change the number of displayed claims, it would be strange to expect that. The number of active claims only signals that the majority of them have been solved, and financial obligations are fulfilled.

OK thank you for explaining, at least we finally received a clear answer that new and updated review system won't be coming any time soon (if it ever comes).
I think it would be much better if you make this changes with some beta testing using real people so you can get honest feedback from actual customers.
Some members from bitcointalk forum would probably help and participate in this process.

Of course, the development will be done with consideration of all peculiarities of the live cycle of the software we have chosen. We will have the necessary procedures of various steps, including elements of consideration of the “user experience”. Moreover, transferring to the new version will be gradual, with all necessary tuning-ins and inviting real users for testing. Even now, together with the developers’ work, we continue to gather opinions and wishes of our users with the view of providing the most convenient service for you.

As for our promise to upgrade our existing review systems to make it harder to “quasi- automatically” close claims from the side of exchangers, this upgrade doesn’t depend on the global renewal, that is why we stick to our words. The thesis "won't be coming any time soon" is not exactly correct, the upgrade that we have promised can be launched much earlier than the upgraded website.

Update:
Unfortunately, we do not have sufficient authority to verify payment documents and cryptocurrency balances of the services. This data is hard to monitor, and we transfer their AS IS without additional check and verification from custodian.

When writing a complaint about an exchange office, BestChange closes the status of the complaint and makes the status neutral for this review. Actively promote the illegal activities of exchangers. All requests for return the status of the complaint are ignored, despite the fact that in the Terms of this site there is a clause:

"Withdraw the client's claim only if the financial obligations to the client are fulfilled in full, or if the regulated exchange period has not yet passed."

In my case, the issue is still not resolved, but the status of the complaint has been removed. As a result, other users may be deceived by exchanger.
The exchanger refers to AML checks, but this does not change the status of the claim, given that for my side I have fulfilled all the requirements. The financial claim remains, but BestChange does not give me the opportunity to return the complaint. The review has only a neutral status.

Please note that all exchangers in the full list have only positive reviews.

I can only describe my situation. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about others.

I had a dispute with the exchanger. I wrote a claim, which was closed by the exchanger (this is a violation of the BestChange Terms). I opened the claim again, after which BestChange closed the opportunity for me to open it again. All this was done within 1-2 hours.

My issue with the exchanger is still not resolved (more than 36 hours have passed). If it is possible to link here to our dispute on the BestChange site, then I will provide it. So that everyone can draw their own conclusions from our discussion. The discussion is still ongoing, however, this controversial situation is essentially hidden from other users, that is, the exchanger can continue to deceive people.

In this case, all these reviews lose any meaning.

I can only describe my situation. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about others.
I understand what you are saying, but you still didn't say the name of exchange you used, and that way you could directly warn people about them... not blame BestChange for everything.


@BestChange  have one question for you.
I made a small research comparing your two websites, main one with .com domain, and alternative option with .ru domain.
After testing multiple payment options I noticed huge difference in number of offers and in reviews each exchanges have, and I don't understand why are you doing this?
There are much more options and better offers in Russian version of website, only difference is that everything is written in Russian language.

For example, I am taking random offers for Bitcoin exchange to Skrill USD.
Picture are saying more than thousand words, but you can see that reserves are the same, but number of reviews is different and lower picture has more offers:

I can only describe my situation. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about others.

I had a dispute with the exchanger. I wrote a claim, which was closed by the exchanger (this is a violation of the BestChange Terms). I opened the claim again, after which BestChange closed the opportunity for me to open it again. All this was done within 1-2 hours.

My issue with the exchanger is still not resolved (more than 36 hours have passed). If it is possible to link here to our dispute on the BestChange site, then I will provide it. So that everyone can draw their own conclusions from our discussion. The discussion is still ongoing, however, this controversial situation is essentially hidden from other users, that is, the exchanger can continue to deceive people.

In this case, all these reviews lose any meaning.

Can you please post all details about your case in the Scam Accusations board? You can use the Scam report format to present all the facts.
there have been similar cases before that were successfully resolved with the assistance of BestChange and the community forum.

That's a bunch of BS! There are no dirty Bitcoins, all Bitcoins are equal. You should really stop promoting this attack on Bitcoin by pretending it's normal. It's not.

What will happen if result of AML check result used by individual and the exchange/BestChange is different?
That's the problem: there is no official AML check that's valid in all jurisdictions, but there are companies trying to sell their interpretation of which addresses are good or bad. Those companies now have a financial interest in convincing people "taint" exists, in order to sell their "services".

I understand what you are saying, but having double feedback can be misleading, and it's easy to use automated translation for this.
One exchange I noticed has no feedback in english version and it has thousands of feedback in russian, so maybe you should add icon with information if they have support in english and in other languages.

I don't know what tool or website are people using to check this kyc score, but having coins connected with gambling doesn't mean they are dirty in any way.

Which legit AML checking service can be used by an individual? Some result from google search either show service for big company or service with some scam accusation.
I heard about some telegram bots that can perform this checks, but this is some random guys having their own list maybe connected with OFAC or something like that.
Some forum members suggested people should create their own checking websites that would make all bitcoins ''clean''  Smiley
