Dont really sure about that, nowaday people are just not seeing a coin improvement but instead just do a speculation, they just dont care whether eth is going to be upgraded, etc
what they care is just the price of btc, and when it got pumped eth will be pumped too but if its dumped eth will be dumped, people should stop doing speculative thing like this and started to see the potential of a project by the progress.
