Having the same issue too, but after googling it, redirect to this page now I found the answer.
Now, been claiming again as much as I can. Thanks.
But I'm wondering why they aren't redirecting users from Moonb.ch to Moonbitcoin.cash. Many users may be not aware that faucet address was changed and they can't claim from Moon Bitcoin Cash faucet. |

10% loyalty bonus? I was at 100%! All the "moon" sites go through these patches of "down times." I'm convinced that this is their way of resetting loyalty bonuses that have been at 100% forever... hey, if you can't reach the site, then you didn't claim today... sorry, back to 0% for you! Oh well... perhaps it's just a way of keeping the site solvent, which I guess is a good thing in the long run. On a side note, is anyone having a heck of a time clicking the Captcha submit button on Moon Bitcoin? It's been borked for a week.... again, another way to clear out 100% loyalty bonuses.  |

Don't worry you won't lose. I remember back then when they change domain to moonbitcoin.cash I didn't collect for 2 days as I didn't know they switch domain and my 100% bonus was still there. |
