Hi All that took their time to visit my post.

We are looking for help in regard to our ICO launch. We have minimum funds to start with and we are struggling currently with getting funding from banks and investors into a crypto based startup in our country relating to ICO Launches and crypto mining. We have even Ideas for broadening our horizons in to the energy sector and transporting industries in our country through this type of funding.

We are currently mining and trading and found an efficient way in the mining sector and we want to go big. Namibia is one of those countries with ample sunlight and we want to take advantage of this resource.

Yes, at the time of this righting, we understand bitcoin is on a low but this isn't what our final thought on the matter is. Our mining facilities would be a way for our company would share profits and not just that turn the sunlight into a paid resource so that would mean 2 revenue streams if we get enough funding on either the eth,neo or waves platforms we can go big according a African sense and disrupt our taxi industry and why would we stop there we want to create a Token that can incorporate the three sectors into one. Transport, Solar, Crypto Mining into a tri-coin of token

Why not mine Bitcoin even if difficulty rises solar makes it profitable. We want to even take this to a crypto exchange if we can. We don’t want multiple startups but the ultimate all in one.
If we can why not change the world for the better.

Our team is registered company in Namibia so we can’t just pack up and leave and yes we will see it through and there would be many more opportunities in our company meaning every one that invested in the ICO becomes a type of profit sharing individual voting power individual more like legion.

Africa might be the next step in the economic power rises or not but for us we want to give people opportunity to invest in this country too,

My English is not of the best but hope my vision speaks to some that will help us and guide us into the future.
We need to dream
We shall not give-up
We will succeed

and last one we are already trying to get this ICO just by talks noticed by our government to get it regulated of sorted or endorsed.
Hope they don’t put strain on our dream.
We might need help but will try our best if this works.
Hope I’m asking help in the right place.

Thanks yes again for reading my post and if interested you can contact me on LinkedIn or by mail

What is the Namibian governments stance on Crypto currencies? Do they regard it as a currency or a commodity? You should

determine that before you start looking for investors. Yes, Namibia is a ideal location for solar plants, but what happens at

night time or when it is very cloudy? {not likely in a semi-desert}  Roll Eyes ... You will also need a huge solar power plant for the

amount of electricity that is needed for Crypto mining.  Roll Eyes

Good Morning to That showed interested in the above mentioned.

We are currently engaging with our Financial regulators in Namibia. There is currently no crypto regulatory frameworks or policies in Namibia. We learned that under normal circumstances that to draft and implement new or amend policies takes between 3-5 years. Hence we have a windows of opportunity to also direct the way our country might regulate such activities.

Regarding the stance currently is that bitcoin is seen as an asset like gold and so forth. the law is currently is based on an outdated system that can be updated to our benefit. We will need to be as transparent as possible when approaching this project getting key people to our side.
Lastly to my knowledge they only care on how its gone be TAXED. Which means regulations need to be done eventually what this means for the project is a good idea in my opinion.

Okay onto the next Question of mine.

We have registered our company in Namibia as a crypto mining and crypto services company. So we have a opportunity to direct questions towards our financial regulators on the top level. We need to ask 3 key questions that will cause our financial institution top management to meet. what type of questions would you advice me and our team to direct towards them?

And lastly this will most likely cause a domino effect in Namibia that might direct the stance Namibia will take into the future.
We are really serious about this and we might cause an undesired effect as result.

We cant take a aggressive stance like "f*** the government" its not what we are all about.

Concerns of solar power re-liabilities

Namibia’s solar energy potential is among the world’s best. At an annual
solar radiation average exceeding 6 kWh per square meter per day, this resource is
most significant, and it is and will remain free to use. Presently, solar energy for
power generation remains mostly untapped – except for the photovoltaic electricity
and water pumping installations throughout the country – but could provide
significant quantities of green energy for the long-term sustainable development of our project.
Mining as said would take up a part of our project but will not be the only focus.

NAMIBIA CLIMATE. In general the climate varies from arid in the west, through to semi-arid and sub-humid in the central and north-eastern regions.
Our location would focus on the central southern parts of the country.

To promote the development of the country’s renewable energy capacity, Namibia launched its first Renewable Energy Feed-In Tariff (REFIT) program in 2014, enabling independent power producers to obtain licenses to supply a combined total of 70 MW of renewable energy to the national grid.

On what scale are you planning to do this? If you are going to do this on a large scale, it would have to be licensed...right?

Will you get a license, if you are going to use most of the electricity for your mining operation? Most of these governments

grants the license to the independent power producers, because they are helping that country to generate electricity and

that goes into the national grid.

i think, if you create good information base, and create your own style project, more people can go follow you!
after your post, i don't understand what exactly you want create. and if you have bad English, you can find freelance translater and create good ANN topic!

Have you considered to maybe register your organization in one of your neighboring countries that perhaps have a further advanced stance or maybe is more accommodating towards cryptocurrencies? The more advanced a government's view is of crypto the more certainty you have. South Africa might be a good choice.

We are Planning to do this on "large Scale" the solar panel plant  depending on the funding and if needed get the licence to supply the grip if we are allowed to do so.
The project would focus on the solar part for energy creation and the token would surround this part mostly.

This might sound weird but the Idea would be that to create a tokens representing the larger picture HCC for example and 4 sub-token or layers in the project representing the sectors that we would like to go into.

examples would be

Hydroponics = HCH
Solar          = HCS
Mining         = HCM
Transport     = HCT

" HCM is the abbreviation of our registered company Hash Crypto Mining"
" HCC or HCT is the abbriviation for Hash Crypto Coin or Token"

When for example the "investor" likes the whole projects as a whole the HCC token will be bought deciding the fate of the projects to develop the entire sector but if he or she believes in the other sectors that can be funded individually at a cheaper investment deal that token will be bought funding only that project.

There will be soft caps placed on each project to coordinate the project feasibility to be funded for reasons needed for the Solar to start the soft cap will be high but for the hydro will be less needed if one would not reach the cap needed that sector will be assimilated into the other at a reasonable under funded state but will be launched if the main token does well. say hydro doesn't succeed in its ability to be a funded project that coin will be assimilated into HCC token for example and everyone who bought the token HCH would be funded HCC instead.

This is the idea however if we get a group of people together to do this "We" and the idea doesn't make sense then we are open for suggestions.

I admit this is a new idea for a solar plant project, but is it a good move to start a project that is directly related to local governance, please explain in more detail, what exactly is the big plan you will be doing.

The plan now is to get this project launched in our local country Namibia and trying to get the law makers on-board the project and thus maybe getting the ICO into the public eye in our country and being as transparent as possible to show the positive side of ICO and the benefits and ability to start projects funded through block-chain we will maybe need to have hard copies of the transactions too as some doesn't believe in the security of such funding and funds that might get hacked or lost during the funding period like what happened with some tokens then this hard copy can act as a fallback and peace of mind for the older investor.

Okay so here I stand and what you guys think

I'll start off by offering Utility token to the public or to the crypto world which would suggest that the Company will share its dividends with its users in a future set date after certain conditions are met Like for example getting all the smaller pieces in place like financing a lawyer and a auditor to the company for assessment registering the company according to the IPO Act of Namibia after this when all goals are met and the infrastructure is in place the whole utility token would then change to an equity Token that will pay users dividends on the block-chain because the infrastructure might be huge or medium in size depending in the initial investment 6 months might be an okay arrangement for these premises to be constructed in meantime the company can then try to met the government agreement on the conditions we should meet before we can pay dividends so for faster roll-out for our coin the utility token will serve as a kick-started to the private company that can get the funds to operate then publicly when funded to transforming a CC registered company with funding into a public company later on. For me this makes sense in my opinion.

Please don't hesitate to comment on the above

and the reason for this thread is to get the people who might want to be involved to the initial idea in helping us create this.. I've seen a lot of ICO's that started with no funding to become successful and scam people out of a lot of money this here is an legit afford to start a company without borders and rewards to investors who really want to try to succeed. I was scammed into buying tokens that later withdraw there dividend promise into nothing when they could have used there funding to register accordingly afterwards but didn't take the time to do so.
